Which Squarespace plan do I need for this?
You need a Business or Commerce plan for the custom code in the template to work.
I don't know anything about tech stuff; is Squarespace the right platform for my biz?
If you're a solo or small brand, service-based biz, or a small organization, Squarespace is stellar. It's dead simple to get started with either and even the most avowed luddite can learn to use it with ease!
It's also so, so difficult to break.

Which Squarespace version is this for? 7.0 or 7.1?
7.1, baby! It's the way to go! I strongly recommend making the switch if you're on a 7.0 site and finding it hard to manage and build what you like.
How do I tell which Squarespace version I'm on?
From your site config, click on Help, then look at the very bottom of the screen. It'll say 7.0 or 7.1.
I'm on 7.0 is it easy to switch?
Squarespace doesn't have a push to transfer button, so you will need to manually move your content over. But it's so worth it! 7.0 has a fraction of the features 7.1 does. It also has much better ease of use.

How does licensing work?
Purchase gets you a one-time license. Need additional sites? Buy a new template for each one.
I'm a designer, do you have a business license?
Yep! You can purchase licenses in bulk (minimum of 5) for 20% off. For example: 5 licenses at $199 is normally $995. With a business license, you'll only pay $796. See above for current license rates.
